into a true trading and commercial set-up which, by keeping closely in
touch with the Radio Broadcast market trends, developed its authority
and Know-how which are now acknowledged worldwide.
In 1999 the company changed into a Limited company, it
made further financial provisions for all planned investments, it moved
to the new Argelato head-offices, where the rooms had been purposefully
planned, from where it gave further impetus to its creativity, trough
its Research and Development Department, and to its world market presence
through the Sales Department strengthening and skills development.
Its approach to the digital technology, its engineering
and production development have enabled it to market products with a quality/price
range so competitive to immediately meet, while presenting a whole product
range that spaced from the audio connector to the aerial and offered a
pre/post-sales service, the market consensus.
One of the company's creed is the on-going professional

Besides presiding to the main trading fairs, the marketing
service strategy sets up regular calls to the main world wide client
base, in order to check on the market trends and demands, it also gives
support to all distributors and sales work.
Usually, it is an agent together with a sales-technician making the
calls; it is the last one who sees to the showing of new products or
to manage in-house updating courses to distributors and concessions

Internally, AEV has given way to
a Multimedia Department which manages and gathers all Divisions and
Department data so as to publish on AEV

resolution pictures, to be displayed on their Internet sites
so as to offer information (low resolutions pictures) or to be used
for printing advertisement leaflets (high resolution pictures)..

Our staff is also available for any query to help solve any problem
arising from web management through a special customer help-line.

In the sales department, our dedicated staff call on customers to give
them an up-date on their orders deliveries and, once the Italian custom
is cleared, they send them all information pertaining the shipping chosen
and its status, the carrier and all other information that are useful
to the customer so to enable them to readily review the products on
order.
· Sales and technical
The staff of this department keeps in constant touch with the
Sales Department to give a pre-sales service aimed at providing the
best possible answers to all customers queries.
On the after-sales side, to keep in direct contact
with the customers, there are direct telephone lines answered
by the staff
RESEARCH
& DEVELOPMENT
AEV philosophy has always been one
of ownership of the hardware, firmware and software projects that are
aimed at the creation of or the development of all its audio apparatus
produced and put on the market.
In line with this philosophy, the Research and Development Department,
staffed by 7 technicians and reports directly to the Production
Department, constantly strives to follow the course of:
· Development of the audio products that are in the catalogue; its
purpose is to up-date the product range depending on the market trends
and to improve its features.
· New audio products planning of and prototyping of; this work holds
two main aims:
- Production of new analogical product types, updated for the market
requirements.
- Production of digital technology new audio products by DSP and firmware
owned applications.
· Development and up-dating of the smart broadcasting software
package.
Throughout the years 2000 and 2005, the Research and Development Department,
hardware section, has revolved around the Know-how, the planning of
and prototyping of products that are now the main aim of AEV
production:

It is through these products development and application that the
Research and Development Department has been able to develop and apply
its knowledge towards the following areas:
· Electronics: The study has allowed to apply digital technology to
the high density Hardware development, to SMD technology, through the
use of DSP devices.
· Firmware: The study has allowed to develop:
- Sound control and processing algorithmics
- Machine functions and interlocking controls are managed by means
of the purpose built microprocessor
· Mechanics: The study has allowed to produce owned by mould-sets
for the Energya mixer body
and for all interlocking push-buttons. This has allowed an optimum level
of product industrialisation, while holding the production costs within.
The know-how and technology acquired has been part of the SYNAPSE
mixer development.

The Research and Development Department Software Section
has centred its attention on developing the smart broadcasting program,
called MAXIMUM, through
advertising spots management, on Windows XP bases, and furthermore,
on the management and control of new audio cards and user interface

Maximum is the ideal solution for any Broadcasting Radio Station (
network, local and community radio ). The system is fully configurable
on the user nedds, user friendly and expandable. The Maximum modules
are:
ON AIR: Automatic ana manual broadcasting ( Live Assist
). Integrated Jingle machine, Multitrack editor
SCHEDULER: manages the music scheduling
RECORDER: manages the audio storage
SPOT: manages the advertising scheduling
